Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@mosquitopublic.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Used or opened consumable products (candles, stickers)
